Consultations
Providing the highest quality of care and expertise isn’t exclusive to the treatment itself. Our providers are invested in you from the very start. All new patient consultations at Shadid Plastic Surgery and Strata Aesthetics Studio include a review of your medical history, a detailed discussion of current and future aesthetic and physical goals.
All consultations require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
If a service is scheduled after your consultation, this fee will be applied towards your service costs. If services are not scheduled the deposit is retained.
When you book an appointment with us, your provider sets aside that time specifically for you to provide the best, uninterrupted service. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $150.00. This fee is charged to the credit card on file.
No-show appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your scheduled service or a $300 flat fee.
These policies have been established in order to be respectful of our providers’ time and mitigate an increase of these instances.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to them.

Shadid Plastic Surgery and Strata Aesthetics Studio offer low and no-interest financing through CareCredit, a health and wellness credit card with flexible financing options that allows you to pay over time for care.

Pre and Post-Op Instructions
Your provider will meet with you one-on-one to discuss and provide all necessary pre and post-op instructions.
Patients undergoing surgical procedures with Dr. Derek Shadid are given his personal phone number to utilize day or night. Please check your paperwork for this information. For any other questions or concerns, please call us at 405-755-4551.
